Subway on Portland Road Weymouth has recently, been the target of anti-social behaviour.

The anti-social behaviour has been reportedly linked to a small number of youths, allegedly from All Saints Academy.

Reports have stated:

Groups of youths have been entering the Subway restaurant and causing an unpleasant dining experience. When staff request the youths to leave the premises, they refuse.

The anti-social behaviour has included:

  • Running behind the counter (food Prep Area)
  • Aggression towards staff
  • Shouting and screaming

Due to multiple incidents, The Subway restaurant on Portland Road has taken the decision not to serve anyone under the age of 17 years old without an adult present.

We contacted All Saints Academy regarding the anti-social behaviour.

The principal of All Saints Academy John Cornish issued the following statement:

” We have been made aware of some issues with a small number of our pupils in the community. We are working closely with their Parents, the Dorset Targeted Youth team and the Police to help resolve any issues of this nature.”
