Residents of parts of Abbotsbury Road, Corscombe close, and Illchester Road have been left without electricity after car ploughs into electricity Post.

The incident happened just before midnight (Friday, 30th June). The incident happened just outside, number 1 Abbotsbury Road.

SSE are on scene and are working on restoring the supply.

However, the supply may take a good few hours to restore as SSE are having issues isolating the supply to safely work on it.
