Tesco have released plans answering some questions for staff and customers.
On Monday 19th September, all stores will be closed on the morning of the funeral.
It’s larger stores will remain closed for the remainder of the day and convenience stores will re-open from 5pm.
There are a small number of exceptions to this, for example convenience stores in Central London and Windsor will stay open all day to support those who are attending the funeral and procession.
Tesco have also mentioned that Distribution sites will remain open and fully operational, with colleagues being offered to pay their respects on-site.
Esso petrol stations linked with Tesco Express will open from 5pm.
